1. Who we are

2. Information the app stores

Everything you enter is stored only on your device: your business profile, logo, signature, clients, items, invoices, estimates, payments, payment methods (including bank account numbers and QR images), and settings. We do not run a server, we do not have your data, and the app has no account or login.

3. Information we do not collect

• No analytics, tracking, or advertising identifiers.
• No advertising and no third-party ad networks.
• No crash-reporting service that sends data off your device.

4. Permissions

• Camera and photos – only when you choose to take or pick a picture for your logo, signature, or payment QR code. The picture is copied into the app's private storage on your device.
• Contacts – only when you tap "Import from contacts". The selected contact's details fill the client form on your device. Contacts are not uploaded.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Premium is a subscription sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see or store your card or payment details. The app asks Google Play only whether your account has an active subscription, and keeps that result (premium or not, and when it was checked) on your device. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Sharing and backups you start yourself

When you print or share a PDF, or export a backup file, the app hands the file to the app you choose (for example WhatsApp, email, or a printer). Invoices you share contain what you put in them, such as client names and your bank account number. A backup file contains all your data and your images; keep it somewhere safe. Once a file leaves the app, the recipient's own policies apply.

7. Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Deleting an invoice, client, or item removes it from the app. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device. Because nothing is stored on our side, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. Use the backup export if you want a copy before uninstalling.

Android may include the app's data in your Google account's device backup, depending on your phone's Google backup settings. That copy is managed by Google, not by us, and you can turn it off in your phone's settings. It can also restore your data when you set up a new phone.

8. Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.
