Terms and Conditions
Invoice Maker · Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Invoice Maker ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app does
Invoice Maker helps you create invoices and estimates, keep clients and items, and share them as PDF files. It works offline and stores your data on your device.
3. Your content and responsibility
You own what you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy, for the invoices you issue, and for following the tax, accounting, and legal rules that apply to you. The app's calculations (such as discounts and tax) follow the settings you choose; please check every document before you send it. The app is a tool and does not give financial, tax, or legal advice.
4. Your data and backups
Because your data lives only on your device, you are responsible for keeping backups (Account → Backup). Losing or resetting a phone, or uninstalling the app, can permanently delete your data if you have no backup.
5. Free use and Premium
The app is free to use. In the free version, printing and sending PDFs is limited to a small number of different documents per calendar month. Premium removes this limit and may include extra features.
6. Subscriptions
- Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play according to its policies.
- The app re-checks your Google account for an active subscription automatically when you open it, for example after changing phones.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, to issue false or misleading invoices, or to try to bypass the free limit or the subscription check.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its code belong to the developer. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Your content remains yours.
9. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or that it will fit a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from the use of the app, including mistakes in documents you create or send.
11. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The latest version is published at this address. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Contact: ozonedigiverse@gmail.com.
